nigaah-e-nargis-e-r'ana tera javaab nahin

zamin jaag rahi hai keh inqalaab hai kal
vo raat hai koi zarra bhi mahv-e-khuwab nahin

zamin us ki falak us kaa qaayanaat us kii
kuch aisa ishq tera Khanama_Kharab nahin

jo tere dard se maharoom hai yahan un ko
Gam-e-jahan bhi sunaa hai ki dastayaab nahin

abhi kuch aur ho insaan kaa lahoo pani
abhi hayat ke chehare pe aab-o-taab nahin

dikha to deti hai behatar hayaat ke sapane
Kharaab ho ke bhi ye zindagi Kharaab nahin
