Voting for the best poem of Month April

As you know that we have very talented poets..... with awesome writing skills , who show a high amount of potential in writing poetry of all kinds . We have recieved some good contributions this month and The topic was " Friendship "

Here are the poems in order they recieved

My Best Friend

Little did I remember when we met
We promised to be friends for the life�s rest

We wished "our friendship would never last"
Through the years that have passed very fast

Together we have seen the world change
All our feelings with each other we did exchange

We have stood by each other
In all the good and bad weather

You never called me wrong
Ever made me feel strong

The time we have spent
We can never ever forget

Those were the days really golden
I wish May that would come again

Today we are at a distance so far
But our hearts can not apart ever

I know You can never give me any offend
I feel proud to have you my best friend

The Serpent Friend

Shrouded in the cloud of mystery
Wiith incessent zeal and unknown chemistry
Stood a figure in the darkness
Endowed with a lively atrocity

Great is his strength greater still is deceit
"He lived , he sung he died in solitude"
Stung was I with his betryal
So powerful was the aura of this hypocrite

Anguish , pain, tears and torment
What not befell me this imbecile moment
The darkness of shadows engulfed me at once
He got the last laugh and made me a jest

The serpent friend violated my trust
The sinister smile froze on his lips
as I submerged into the pool of torrentous lust
The friend so called looked ahead with a thought

Suspicion, hatered, lust anguish
all crowd together to finish
What once was so strong so powerful
the aura of love and friendliness around
The serpent friend killed every ray of hope
and my heart a barren desert
lost in its own mythical sand collected its broken bits

Serpent friend won and lost is trust
The golden aura of love is brust
into the hatred all along
and the doors of heart for every are shut

Shadow Friendship

Its about a friendship so best
With the feelings based on trust and truth
It longs for the life's rest
A relation which is so pure and worth

Good friends have two bodies with one soul
If you want one person to represent
Same time at two places to achieve some goal
Don't be confused this point you can easily get

Send at the first place the original one
Then at the second you can send his friend
Both will work in the same tune
Because one friend is the shadow of other friend

Both have deepest understandings
Both care each other's all feelings
Its the world's very beautiful relationship
I always call it a cute shadow friendship

FriendShip

the clouds are almost upon me,
its gona rain,
i remember last time it rained,
you were with me,
now you are not here,
just want to know,
have ur feelings have changed for me,
behold this gift from me,
it bonds our true friendship,
a peace of cloud,
wrapped inside this box,
i am sending it to you,
so you can enjoy those days again,
just feel i am with you,
sometimes your words leave,
bruses on my soul,
yet again you heal me,
when u put ur arams around me,
heaven knows i'll always be right here,
standing behind you,
like a shadow,
guiding you,
i am far far away from you,
but i can feel you right here,
because all those moments with you,
i have treasued them here,
yes sometimes i need you,
i just cry and wait for you,
because you have always been,
my light, keeping me away from darkness inside,
your friendship have always been a gift,
from heavens above,
God knows how much u mean to me,
you'll always be right here inside my heart,
now i miss you also i need you,
because no one can take your place,
or keep us a part,
our friendship is made up in the stars ...

every poem is unique in feelings and theme and u all are winners /rose

but since we have to vote for one my vote goes to serpent friend by sherie sweety

but let me tell u all one thing that everyone has written a poem true in words and emotions /rose so carry on and keep sharing
