dil Khuun me.n nahaa_e to ga.ngaa nahaaye.N ham

jannat me.n jaaye.N ham ki jahannum me.n jaaye.N ham
mil jaa_e tuu kahii.n na kahii.n tujh ko paaye.N ham

mumkin hai ye ki vaade pe apane vo aa bhii jaa_e
mushkil ye hai ki aap me.n us vaqt aaye.N ham

naraaz ho Khudaa to kare.n ba.ndagii se Khush
maashuuq ruuTh jaa_e to kyo.n kar manaaye.N ham

sar dosto.n ke kaaT kar rakkhe hai.n saamane
Gairo.n se puuchhate hai.n qasam kis kii khaaye.N ham

sau.npaa tumhe.n Khudaa ko chale ham to naamuraad
kuchh pa.Dh ke baKhshanaa jo kabhii yaad aaye.N ham

ye jaan tum na loge agar aap jaayegii
is bevafaa kii Khair kahaa.N tak manaaye.N ham

ham-saaye jaagate rahe naalo.n se raat bhar
soye huye nasiib ko kyo.n kar jagaaye.N ham

tuu bhuulane kii chiiz nahii.n Khuub yaad rakh
ai "Daag" kis tarah tujhe dil se bhulaaye.N ham
