that might be a fake IP, in that case you are screwed up ! , but you can try other methods to find out .........

what you can do is now , just block that ip or any suspecious ip(s) through Firewall and see if its happens again.

you can do block his ip or all the ip(s) starting with 69 . . . ., in case if he using DSL(dynamic ones) or something.

yep block the ip address i hjave problems from this location also & also so many from Florida but i blockd some Ips but still don;t know iff they r attacking i have BlackIce /skull

there are some special type of firewalls that thay launch a ddos attack on the intruder. i excatly don't remember those names but they are coz i read a long time ago. if the problem is really serious then you must. install one that type of software. or check the simple utility for lsass.exe DOS attack in the same section and launch a counter attack .
