sabhi say in dinoon roota howa sa lagtta hoon
mein apnay aap ko aab bay'wafa sa lagta hoon

tamaam raat mein girti hoi havailee mein
diloon say nikli hoi bad'dua sa lagta hoon

mein woh khazana hoon haqdar jis ke duniya hai
hazar hisoon mein banta howa sa lagta hoon

mairi hansi say udaasi kay phool khiltay hain
mein sab kay sath hoon laikin juda sa lagta hoon

chamak raha tha, chehra kissi ke ankh mein
mein aainay mein kissi dosra sa lagta hoon

tamam raat barasti hai, rait par shabnam
mein apnay chand say jab bhi khafa sa lagta hoon
