Bahut dino se mera Dil udaas rehta hai
Main kya karoon bas ek hi shakhs yaad rehta hai


Kabhi khayaal hi nahi aata ke main akela hoon
ab to mera dost mere saath rehta hai


tum se baat karte hue halat ajeeb hote hain
mujhe to kuch bhi na hosh-o-hawaas rehta hai


kahin tum badal na jao kahin tum mujhe bhool na jao
na jaane kyun mujhe ab yeh khauf har waqt rehta hai


na jaane mere Dil ko kya ho gaya hai
kyun ab yeh har waqt udaas rehta hai...
