pursoz agar ho nafas_e seena_e darraj!
nawak hay musalmaa.n! hadaf is ka suraiya
hay sar_e sara parda_e jaa.n nuktaa_e maira'aj
tu moa'niy_e vn'najm na samjha tu ajab kya!
hay tera maddo jaz'r abhi bhi chand ka mohtaaj
